It is mainly suitable for preparation of liquid detergents (such as Hand sanitizer, cleanser essence, shampoo and shower cream etc), integrating blending, dispersing, heating and cooling etc functions.

The reacting machine is an ideal device for liquid preparation in various factories.
The heating method is electrical heating or steam heating.

 

Feature

* Volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L~5000L can be customized.
* Heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform without cold zone. The heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as a heating medium, and heat energy is generated to heat the material in the tank.
* Temperature control: The temperature of the thermocouple is measured and connected with the temperature controller to measure
and control the temperature, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted.
* Tank body: The inner surface is mirror-polished and the roughness Ra≤0.4μm. The outer shell surface treatment: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matt or 2B matte surface matt treatment. Fully compliant with GMP requirements.
* The frame type scraping wall mixing paddle adopts the frequency converter speed regulation, and can produce high-quality products of different processes according to the requirements of customers, without mixing dead angles and non-stick pans. Reduces bubble formation when the temperature is low and the consistency is high. The speed of the agitation can be set as desired.
