1.Steel Tank Body

2.Bottom homogenzier

A high speed shear homogenizer is installed at the bottom, with a speed of 0-3000rpm per hour. Equipped with frequency control, you can set the uniform time. The homogenization function can make the product more delicate.

Bottom also has heating wire;can chose electric heating or steam heating.

3.Instrument

The machine is equipped with elliptical manhole, vacuum pressure gauge, suction filter, vent valve, vacuum port, air pressure port; Pump air inlet, mirror light, mirror port with scraper, spice funnel, cleaning valve port (safety sanitary pipe fitting)

4.Water and oil pot

The machine is equipped with oil and water pot, which can be used in advance of other raw materials (such as glycerin); Dissolve and heat. It makes the production process easier and saves time.
